In preparation for the next philanthropic campaign, the Office of University Development at the University of Michigan is updating digital systems. One of the primary focuses is fostering collaboration across the university through a new intranet experience. The Marketing and Communications team wanted to identify technology perspectives and philanthropic trends across the university ecosystem. My roles included research method development, internal stakeholder research, data collection, data analysis, data synthesis, concept development, and report presentations. This project was completed from June 2020 to May 2021.

Guiding the implementation of a personalized digital donor experience

In preparation for the next philanthropic campaign, the Office of University Development at the University of Michigan is updating digital systems. In addition to the development community intranet, elevating the donor digital experience is another priority. Under the direction of the Director of Donor Digital Experience and Digital Hub and the Director of Digital Marketing, the team wanted to identify the reasons for gift giving through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. My roles included research method development, data analysis, data synthesis, concept development, and report presentations. As an ongoing project, my involvement spanned from May 2020 to May 2022.
